Men with breast cancer may experience the following symptoms. Sometimes, men with breast cancer do not show any of these symptoms or signs. - A lump or swelling in the breast tissue. Because men generally have small amounts of breast tissue, it is easier to feel small lumps.
- Any new irregularity (redness, scaliness, puckering) on the skin or nipple, or a discharge from the nipple
