The Quilt
Patient/Cancer Survivor, Melanoma

To me, The Quilt represents a full circle of life. While painting, I thought that surviving cancer is like a quilt. We must patch our lives back together as well as we can with a little mending here and there from time to time. And sometimes re-stitching bits and pieces of the fabric of life makes a better whole where a hole had once existed.
