ASCO in the Community:
Listening and Learning From Our Patients
The American Society of Clinical Oncology (ASCO) is holding a series of events with local groups across the United States to hear from patients, providers, and the general public about real-world barriers to quality cancer care and talk about ways to provide the best care to every person diagnosed with cancer.
These community town halls are moderated by ASCO President Monica Bertagnolli, MD, FACS, FASCO, in conjunction with local and national experts. Learn more about Dr. Bertagnolli’s focus on caring for and learning from patients, on the ASCO Connection website.
These events are free and open to everyone. Registration in advance is required.
ASCO Presidential Community Town Halls will be held across the United States in 2018 and early 2019. Learn more about upcoming events.
Whether you will be able to attend an ASCO Presidential Town Hall near you or not, we welcome comments from patients and caregivers about your experiences with cancer.
