Dr. Daniel Mulrooney is an Associate Member in the Division of Cancer Survivorship at St. Jude Children’s Research Hospital and and Deputy Director of the After Completion of Therapy Clinic. Dr. Mulrooney received his medical degree from Loyola University Chicago, Stritch School of Medicine and completed training in pediatrics, internal medicine, and pediatric hematology/oncology/blood and marrow transplantation at the University of Minnesota.  

Dr. Mulrooney’s clinical interests include the care of children, adolescents, and young adults with solid tumors.  His research focus is on the long-term effects of childhood cancer therapy, particularly late cardiovascular outcomes and the transition of care from pediatric to adult medicine.
