More and more scientific research is showing that regular physical activity during and after cancer treatment can help survivors. However, the side effects of cancer treatment can make it challenging to get to a gym or complete regular exercises. In this podcast, 2 fitness instructors from the LIVESTRONG at the YMCA program discuss these challenges, share tips for staying physically active, and describe the sometimes surprising benefits of participating in a fitness program specially designed for cancer survivors.share on twitter
