Stomach Cancer - Symptoms and Signs

People with stomach cancer may experience the following symptoms or signs. Sometimes, people with stomach cancer do not have any of these changes. Or, the cause may be another medical condition that is not cancer.

Children with PPB may experience the following symptoms or signs. Sometimes, children with PPB do not have any of these changes. Or, the cause of a symptom may be another medical condition that is a not tumor. Because PPB is so rare, doctors often believe at first that the symptoms are caused by a common childhood illness.

There are 2 common sets of symptoms that may indicate PPB:

Symptoms of craniopharyngioma can be caused by pressure building up in the brain, or by the tumor pressing on nerves or blood vessels so that the brain cannot function properly in those areas. Generally, craniopharyngioma is not diagnosed until a child has symptoms. Children with craniopharyngioma may experience any of the symptoms or signs listed below.

People with NSCLC may experience the following symptoms or signs. Sometimes people with NSCLC do not have any of these changes. Or, the cause of a symptom may be another medical condition that is not cancer.

  • Fatigue

  • Cough

  • Shortness of breath

  • Chest pain, if a tumor spreads to the lining of the lung or other parts of the body near the lungs

Some people with thymoma experience symptoms, but many do not. Below is a list of common signs or symptoms that may appear with thymoma or thymic carcinoma.
